生物分子检测研发员

岗位职责：
负责分子生物学方面的检测，如细胞传代、基因测序，ELISA，Western Blot，PCR测试、病毒检测、灭活效果验证，SDS- PAGE等；
Be responsible for Molecular biology testing, such as, Gene sequencing,ELISA, Western Blot, PCR, Virus Detection, validation of virusinactivation, SDS-PAGE, etc.
了解国际上先进的生物学检测方法，严格执行测试标准及流程，独立、准确完成生物学检测；
To know the advanced Bio testing method; Perform testing strictly followthe method and procedure. Release accurate result independently
解决日常工作中遇到的技术问题，必要时向上级主管汇报
Trouble shooting on technical issue in daily operation. Seek the helpfrom line manager if necessary
协助并配合来自官方和客户的审核；
Assist regulatory authorities and client inspection if necessary;
及时、独立进行客户投诉，CAPA， OOS及 deviation等调查工作，必要时反馈给向上级主管及QA；

任职条件：

−主修：生物工程、分子生物学、或病毒学专业；至少本科或硕士学历；
−英语：至少六级；
−至少有4年工作经验；
−至少会独立操作下列试验中的2-3个：
细胞类操作（复苏、传代、培养），基因测序，ELISA，SDS- PAGE，Western Blot，PCR测试、病毒培养、检测、灭活效果验证等；
−熟练操作办公室软件；
−很强的沟通技巧，细心，可以承受一定的工作压力；
−团队合作意识；
−Major: Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, or Virology; at leastbachelor degree;
−English: at least six level;
−At least four years’ experience on bio testing;
−Perform at least 2-3 testing items independently as below;
Cell operation (resuscitation, subculture, cell culture), genesequencing, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, PCR test, virus detection,virus inactivation verification, etc.;
−Familiar with office software;
−Strong communication skill, carefully, work positively under pressure;
−Good sense on team work;
