ABA治疗师（行为干预）

[职位描述]：
在BCBA的临床指导下为儿童提供1:1 ABA治疗。ABA治疗师将负责BCBA制定的技能获取和行为减少计划，为每个孩子提供优质的治疗服务。

[岗位职责]：
1、为有特殊需要或发育迟缓的儿童提供一对一的行为治疗
2、在认证行为分析师（BCBA）的直接督导下工作
3、准确及时地记录治疗服务（即数据收集、向家长和主管报告）
4、参与持续的培训机会
5、参加与家长的临床会议
6、上级交代的其他工作职责

[任职要求]：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、流利的英语、普通话口语和书写能力；
3、经验不限，提供系统培训；
4、对孩子有耐心、责任心，愿意学习、具备团队合作精神。

Description描述
ABA Therapists will implement treatment programs observe and recordchildren*s behaviors, monitor student progress,participate in clinicaland team meetingsand,and receive pre-service and ongoing training fromSupervisors and Consultants.

Responsibilities责任
1、Provide one-on-one behavior therapy to children with special needs ordevelopmental delays
2、Work under direct supervision by Board Certifed Behavior Analysts(BCBAs)
3、Document therapy services accurately and timely(i.e data collection,reporting to parent and supervisors)
4、Participate in ongoing training opportunities
5、Attend and participate in clinical meetings with parents
6、Other duties as assigned

Qualifcations资格
1、Bachelor*s degree or above
2、Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
3、No previous experience required. Training with be provided
4、Fun,open-minded, willing to learn, a team player,and mostimportantly,passionate about working with children
