主要职责
1.Responsible for developing and executing the purchasing and supplymanagement strategies. Work intimately with stakeholders driving theSupply Chain Resilience.
2.Provide superior levels of customer service and satisfaction whileadhering to a strict standard of business ethics and integrity. The Sr.Specialist has delegated authority to commit company funds. Thisposition will work on the definition and resolution of known oranticipated problems in value, quality, feasibility and specificationsin the procurement of goods and services while contributing costsavings, partnerships with suppliers and other value-added activities tosupport customer needs and expectations.
3.Collect market information, conduct supply market analysis, analysedata & understand business requirements, develop sourcing options,make recommendations and execute implementation plans. Developnegotiation strategy, align with stakeholders and lead the negotiation /contracting process with suppliers. Generate continual saving pipelinethrough identified levers including but not limited to Alternate VendorDevelopment, Supplier Consolidation and Spend Consolidation etc.
4.Proactively seek and lead innovative ways to improve the procurementprocesses, cycle times, and customer service levels
5.Strong understanding of "One Procurement" categorystrategies and work on projects that impact the "OneProcurement" team.
6.Is recognized as an expert within own area. Requires specialized depthand/or breadth of expertise. Act as a lead, coordinating work but maynot be a supervisor.

8.Educate on existing solutions and enable performance and tech tools development
9.Support Ops issues and invoice error resolution. Solve complex problems
10.Enable supplier integration and KPI*s
11.Drive value and lead savings outcomes
