Medical Science Liaison

主要职责
1.KOL - Responsible for identifying and developing scientifically basedpeer-to-peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in a givengeographic territory. Identify and develop knowledgeable speakers.
2.Sales - Serves as a medical resource for the sales representatives andaccurately answers any medical question they may have to help themutilize their approved materials and to help them understand therapeuticissues for their background use. Supports the field team to ensure thatthe primary products receive sound field based medical supportconsistent with the brand medical strategy.
3.Meeting/Visiting - Presents approved scientific data of a basic levelto Healthcare providers in both group and one-on-one settings inaccordance with Company Policies, and applicable laws, regulations andethical standards.
4.Medical Inquiry - Demonstrates appropriate response and documents theprovision of accurate, approved scientific data in response tounsolicited scientific questions or requests posed by Healthcareproviders for approved Products and or Brands and for products indevelopment in accordance with Company Policies, and applicable laws,regulations and ethical standards.
5.Insight - In accordance with company strategy, develops and maintainscontacts with external experts to further understand and gain insightinto treatment patterns, scientific activities taking place within theDisease Area needs and interests of Healthcare providers, and medicalneeds of patients. Identifies and prepares speakers for promotionalprograms and speaker training meetings.
6.Knowledge Update - Demonstrates expertise and knowledge of products,patient treatment trends, clinical trials, and scientific activitieswithin the Disease Area and continuously updates this expertise andknowledge based on training direction and approved resources provided.

职位要求
1.Industry experiences: Bachelor degree or above in clinical medicine;Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceutical industry or medical practicein hospital
2.Position experiences: Clinical doctor background of the responsibletherapeutic area; Experiences in medical department of multinationalpharmaceutical company is preferred; Clinical practice in Abbottproducts related therapeutic areas is preferred
3.Presentation Skills: Experience of presentation as medical personnelin industry or teacher in teaching hospital
4.Language Skills: Fluent English in reading, writing and oral communication
5.Computer Skills: Microsoft Office software, literature retrieval skills
6.Mobility: Is willing to travel
7.Certificate Required: Other Special requirement: Literature Retrieval;Strong communication skills
