主要职责
• Prepare all relevant materials and documents including meeting/eventagenda, invitation letter, advertising paper, registration form for allparticipants, etc
• Manage and coordinate with vendors to support the meeting/event
• Logistic support to the meeting/event including all booking managementof transportation and accommodation, collection of participant list aswell as meeting reception
• Involve all product marketing activities, timely complete meeting minutes
Assist in stock-take and marketing expense control
• Inventory management of product material and brand reminder
• Purchasing and payment process/system operation and maintenance toensure all efficient marketing activities
• Regular review all marketing expense report, timely remind themarketing team for the budge control
• Provide all logistic support to all group marketing team members
• Coordinate all group marketing team meeting
• Support to check and submit the reimbursement report for all groupteam members
• Establish and manage all group marketing documents including contract,promotional material and approval form, fax, memo and meeting minutes
职位要求
• Minimum 1 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry
• Minimum 1 years working experience on marketing or administrativesupport is preferred
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Working knowledge, especially good at Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to travel
• Thorough understanding on the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical andmedical device markets) is a plus
• Good understanding of business and product knowledge with marketing sense
• Good presentation and data analysis skill
• Autonomy/Independence, Assertiveness; a polished professional presenceis essential
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and well organized
