岗位职责:
Marketing Events:
• To make events plan and execute every events details. The planincludes screening suppliers, negotiating prices, signing contracts,selecting promotional materials, purchasing, final report and so forth.
• Organize independently small market activities, which refer to thosewith fewer than 50 participants; perform corresponding procedures suchas delivering information, inviting guests, venues meeting, receiptingguests and hosting activities, making a summary report and so on.
• Participate in the innovative planning of large-scale events; beresponsible for the coordination, communication, subsequent summary andevaluation, and so forth.
• Monitoring competitors’ activities.
• Make a report to summarize, evaluate and analyze periodical hospital activities.
Media buy:
• To execute advertising plan.
• Be responsible for reception of media interviews; select appropriateinterviewees; coordinate interview procedures.
• Monitor the release of ads’ schedule, collect samples, internallyexhibit the samples, sort and file them.
• Monitor the release of competitors’ ads, collect samples, sort andfile them; summarize, analyze and evaluate them regularly.
• Report on a regular basis.

Qualifications
Bachelor’ degree is a must
Experiences in organizing marketing events is preferred
Ability to work independently under pressure
Results-driven, intend to develop career in marketing
Good team player
Good people skill
Skills:
Good computer skills, Microsoft office etc.
Good communication skills in English, both in written and presenting
Knowledge:
Good knowledge of office administration work
Basic understanding of healthcare marketing
Ability to manage agency resources and control budget
