蛋白科学部长

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to build and lead aprotein team supporting therapeutic antibody discovery campaigns. Thisrole is for a hands-on, lab-based research scientist with technicalexpertise in protein expression, purification and characterization. Theposition will also encompass identification and application of newtechnologies and workflows. The candidate is expected to work in ahighly collaborative environment, to demonstrate initiative in solvingdifficult technical challenges, to be able to work on multiple projectssimultaneously and support novel discovery programs.

Responsibilities ：
 Recruit/lead the Protein Science team
 Develop pipelines/technologies to produce quality proteins supportingantibody therapeutics development
 Design and execute experimental protocols for proteinexpression/purification, in high throughput if required.
 Optimize and troubleshoot expression systems for optimal yield.
 Setup analytical criteria and conduct biophysical characterizationexperiments on antibody candidates.
 Work cross-functional teams for timely delivery of the proteinproducts for all projects.
 Effectively communicate with colleagues; provide updates to projectteams and present results at project team and management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ：
 Ph.D. in Molecular/Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Structural Biology,Biophysics or a related discipline with at least 3 years of hands-onexperience either in industry or academia.
 Effective team builder/leader
 Broad experience in expressing recombinant proteins in variousexpression systems, including Pichia Pastoris and mammalian expression systems.
 Extensive hands-on experience in protein purification using a varietyof chromatographic techniques with proficiency in using FPLC systems.
 Experience in protein sequence/structure/PTM analysis, assessingprotein stability, solubility, and other biophysical properties.
 Demonstrated track record of accomplishments, publications andconference presentations.
 Excellent communication, organization, and technical writing skills.
 Strong problem-solving skills.
