Recruitment of Co-PI in the Group of Dr Lash

Professor Gendie Lash is a Guangzhou high-level foreign expert and wasawarded Guangzhou Medical Key Talent status in 2016 for her outstandingresearch contributions. She has published over 124 papers which arecited 3549 times and the H-index is 35. Dr Lash was the editor-in-chiefof Trophoblast Research (supplement to Placenta) from 2014-2021, and hasserved on the editorial board of several other journals such as Biologyof Reproduction, Journal of Reproductive Immunology, Frontiers in(Reproduction) etc. She also works as a Fund Assessor for many differentfunding bodies internationally, including United Kingdom, France,Australia, Switzerland, Netherlands and Hungary etc. Dr Lash iswell-known in the obstetrics and gynecology field, and has been invitedto speak at many international academic conferences. Dr Lash’s researchfocuses on the role of placental and uterine factors in the regulationof trophoblast invasion and spiral artery remodeling, and key maternaladaptations to pregnancy and determining the pathophysiologic mechanismof the pregnancy complications such as preeclampsia, fetal growthrestriction and miscarriage, with the ultimate guide to provide atheoretical basis for prevention and treatment of these disease andimprove the reproductive wellbeing of women. More recently, members ofDr Lash’s laboratory have also performed several successful studies onovarian and endometrial cancer.
1. Associate Chief Researcher (Co-PI)
Requirements
①　Doctor degree, at least 2-3 years post-doctoral experience
②　Published more than 12 SCI papers with an average impact factor ofmore than 3, including at least 6 as principal author (first author,co-first author or corresponding author)
③　Principal author of more than 2 published PNAS or IF ≥ 10 papers; Incase of special shortage of professionals, the requirement for paperpublication can be reduced as appropriate
④　Major in immunology, obstetrics and gynecology, gynecologic tumors,biochemistry and molecular biology, cell biology, etc., bioinformaticsresearch background is preferred;
⑤　Have experience in project application and execution
⑥　Good English reading, writing and communication skills
⑦　Overseas research experience is preferred
⑧　Applicants who have applied for various talent programs in GuangdongProvince are preferred
Welfare
①　A maximum of 1 million start-up funds for scientific research
①　The maximum annual salary is 500,000 RMB/year (before tax), specificterms negotiable
②　Provide a one-time settlement allowance of 200,000 to 500,000 yuan;Rent subsidy of RMB 3000/month for the first year (no rent subsidy afterthe second year)
