Cashier 收银员

岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
• Respond to patient inquiries and educate them on UFH-level policiesand procedures.
有效回应患者的疑问并根据和睦家的政策和流程帮教患者
Collect payment from patient and explain the bill in detail.
向客人解释账单并收取相应的费用。
• Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure that patient has activemedical coverage for the services that they receive at UFH.
与保险公司沟通协调以确保患者在和睦家所接受的医疗服务在被保险的范围内
• Cooperate with sales team to collect/confirm patients’ bill.
与销售部门同事协作收取/确认客人的账单
• Well interpretation of charges and patient’s responsibility base oninsurance benefits information.
充分地向客人解释关于保险公司的福利涵盖情况以及向客户合理阐明需自付的账单。
• Familiar with business rules of Direct Billing eligibility,contractual discount, exclusions, etc and put into right implementation.
熟练掌握各类直付保险公司的合约条款,折扣以及非直付内容，并正确应用于客人的收费。
• Help patients fill in claim forms & Follow up with incompleteclaim forms.
协助客人签保单/账单，并持续跟进未完成的保单/账单。
• Help collect outstanding balance.
协助收取未付账单
• Give the related copies of bill and Fapiao to patient when discharge.
在客人出院时，提供收费相关的凭据，例如发票，账单。
• Ensure accuracy of information input to trakcare system.
入账时确保金额正确。
• Well implement TPP and marketing contracts, packages and promotionsfrom financial stand point.
合理按照市场部的各类促销套餐的标准来进行收费。
• Hand over daily problem and incomplete bills to the in-charge staff.
对于未完成的账单/事务做好交班。
• Other assignments by supervisor / managers Assist Supervisor/Manager.
协助主管/经理完成新的任务或额外项目。
任职资格:
Skills:
• Excellent language skills in Chinese and English, verbal and written
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills
• Professional manner and etiquette
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• PC skills: familiar with Microsoft and Excel.

Qualifications:
• Associate college degree or above preferred; Working experience inservice industry /cashiering/ customer service preferred;
• Previous working experience in international hospital / clinic orhotel preferred.
