岗位职责:
Summary of Responsibilities:
Works closely with school administrators to create a learningenvironment that meets the physical, mental and emotional needs ofstudents. To provide nursing care and health counseling to students andstaff, a community that includes those with chronic illnesses, improvelearning and increase access to counseling and health care services forprevention and promote students’ social and emotional well- being.Dealing with unexpected emergency situation and coordinate betweenschool, parents and clinics or hospital

Responsibilities:
• Professionalism and positive work attitude
• Provides total patient care and individual patient needs inconformance with standards of nursing practice.
• Observes and documents pertinent information that reflects thepatient’s clinical condition, with respect to the entire human being.
• Maintains accurate and complex records of nursing observations and care.
• Performs or supervises treatment and administers medications as required.
• Assumes responsibility for keeping plans, implementation andevaluations of nursing care
• Provide health teaching and education to student /family and teachers
• Deliver primary care concept among student and staffs and implementPCP program
• Provide OTC medicine according to patient’s condition if necessary.
• Transfer patient to PXU or nearest hospital if patient’s condition isbeyond of scope of service by ambulance.
• Maintains the defined school’s policies and procedures.
• Keeps abreast of current nursing trends and continuing education opportunities.
• Provide necessary vaccination information to parents and teachers
• To do the onsite investigation per school scheduling
• Maintains effective communication between school and united healthcare facilities.
• Provide medical support for school sport event and activities
• Attend the hospital training accordingly
任职资格:
Qualifications:
• Minimal Education Requirement—Associate nursing degree, bachelor*sdegree preferred
• Minimal experience Requirement- 5 years working experience in nursing,has school nurse experience prefer
• Minimum 2 years oversea nursing experience prefer
• Licensing Needed- Registered nurse license in China
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certificate according to policy
Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
• Familiar with varies communicable disease and report it on timelineper work flo********
• Familiar with CDC infectious disease site system
• Familiar with school event report system and be able deal withemergency situation
• Good computer skill in data collection and analysis
• Leadership ability to work both independently and collaboratively tomanage health programs effectively
