Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Yeast Metabolism or MetabolicEngineering (Ref. R65N1540)
Salary in the range £25,135 – £30,013, depending on knowledge and experience

Three year fixed-term contract

The School of Biosciences has three, industrially sponsored, three-yearfixed- term positions for post-doctoral research scientists in thefields of yeast molecular biology, genomics and metabolic engineering.You will integrate into a newly refurbished university researchlaboratory supervised by Dr J. Love and Dr S. Aves, investigating themolecular control of metabolism in Yeast. We are seekinghighly-motivated and articulate individuals with a Ph.D. in molecularbiology, genomics, biochemistry or related discipline. You will beorganised, dynamic, self-motivated and with demonstrable ability to workas part of a close team. The ability to present data concisely and todifferent audiences is advantageous.

The closing date for completed applications is 5 May 2008. Interviewswill be held on 21 May 2008, with a start-date in June 2008.
