An NIH-funded postdoctoral fellowship position is available for anoutstanding and extremely motivated postdoctoral fellow to join anNIH-funded research effort directed at studying (i) the role of V.cholerae biofilm formation in pathogenesis, and (ii) the use ofDrosophila melanogaster to identify host and bacterial factorsinfluencing susceptibility to V. cholerae infection.

Our laboratory, which is affiliated with the Department of Microbiologyand Molecular Genetics at Harvard Medical School, is located in theDivision of Infectious Diseases at Children’s Hospital Boston next tothe Harvard Medical School Quadrangle, providing a very excitingscientific environment for research.

Recent graduates who are currently residing in the United States areencouraged to apply.
