南非兹瓦尼理工大学制冷与热泵技术研究中心现招收博士后研究人员和博士研究生从事制冷与热泵技术的相关研究课题.

 

课题一:食品快速冷冻的有效节能技术
食品速冻过程中将消耗大量能源,节能技术不仅存在于相应的制冷系统,如何有效地利用制冷系统所提供的冷量也是一个非常重要的研究课题.所招收的研究人员将对现有速冻设备进行能耗评估,并对有关的节能措施进行深入研究. 
课题二:气流组织与传热传质数值模拟
在制冷与干燥系统中,产品的传热传质过程与产品质量和能耗有着直接的关系,所招收的研究人员可对食品冷链设备(速冻设备,冷库,冷藏运输设备,冷藏展示柜,以及热泵干燥系统)的气流组织和传热传质过程进行数值模拟.有相关的数值模拟经验和FLUEND软件的使用经验者欢迎与我们联系.
课题三:热泵技术
热泵系统的能源利用效率高,作为节能技术在加热和干燥领域得到了高度重视,所招收的研究人员将从事相关干燥系统的开发,对热泵干燥系统进行深入研究和优化,并推广在各个领域的应用.
课题四:其它制冷与热泵的相关课题
欢迎有兴趣的科研人员提出并从事与制冷和热泵及其应用相关的其它课题.
要求:
(1)有在相关领域的研究经历,博士后研究人员最好在最近5年内获得博士学位
(2)有独立的思考能力和开拓精神
(3)热心于从事研究工作
(4)相关领域曾发表一定数量的学术论文,有在国际期刊上发表论文者将优先考虑
(5)有很好的英语写作和交流能力

Call For Postdoctoral and D-TechApplicationsin Agro-food Refrigeration and Heat Pump Technologies at Tshwane University of Technology, South Africa
The research group of Agro-Food Refrigeration Technology Research at Tshwane university of Technology (TUT) is seeking suitable applications for Postdoctoral positions and doctorate studies in the areas of agro-food refrigeration and heat pump technologies.
 Theme #1: Energy efficient quick-freezing technology
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and participate in research on design, modelling and performance evaluation of energy efficient quick-freezing systems and facilities for agricultural and food product processing (meat and chicken, fishery, Fruit & Vegetable, and prepared).
Theme #2: CFD Modelling of Airflow, Heat and Mass Transfer
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and participate in research on modelling airflow, heat and mass transfer in postharvest built environments such as cool stores, refrigerated transportation and refrigerated display cabinet, or ventilated packaging. Experience in using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software such as FLUENT will be advantageous but not compulsory provided the candidate has numerical modelling skills and experience.
Theme #3: Heat pump technologies
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and participate in research on design, modelling, and evaluation of the heat pump drying or heating systems for agricultural, domestic, commercial, and industrial applications.
Theme #4: Refrigeration and heat pump related projects
The successful candidate will be expected to propose and initiate any refrigeration and heat pump related projects.
Requirements:
(1)Relevant research experiences on refrigeration and its application, postdoctoral applicants must obtain their doctorates within the last five years in engineering, technology, science, agricultural and other applied sciences.
(2)Ability to think critically and independently,
(3)Passion for research,
(4)Scientific publication history, and
(5)Excellent written and oral communication skills.
General duties and responsibilities:
(1)Conduct original research/reviews and prepare scientific articles for publication.
(2)Propose research projects, arise research fundings, and engage community services
(3)Provide support, guidance and mentorship of postgraduate students.
(4)Research laboratory establishment
