The project will use Xenopus embryos in fixed- and live-imaging to analyze the role of key molecules in the Wnt pathways and PAR polarity cassette (See Ossipova et al. (2005) Developmental Cell 8:829-41 and Green & Davidson, Nature Cell Biology, September 2007). It would suit an energetic candidate with experience in embryology, cell biology and/or molecular biology. Imaging expertise would be a plus.
